Enjoy our comfortable house and garden with a magnificent pool, various terraces and olive and pomegranate trees and experience a total relaxation. Casa Arena is a Bed and Breakfast located in an authentic building where typical Andalusian elements are combined with a modern and functional twist.
Our house has five rooms for rent. All rooms are contemporary and decorated to the taste of the hostess. We provide a delicious daily breakfast and if required we will provide you with all information about Seville and its surrounding area.
Our garden is a place to relax and offers a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of space around to enjoy the sun and shade.
All rooms have (central)air conditioning, a fan, heating and a safe. All bathrooms are equipped with Rituals care products. The suites and standard room are equiped with a private bathroom.
A few hundred meters from Casa Arena are a few bus stops where you can hop on and off to get to the center of Seville. The Plaza de Armas bus station is only 10 minutes from Casa Arena.
We are Ruud and Mandy, a young couple with a passion for hospitality! Leisure and tourism have been the most normal thing in the world for us for a long time. We fell in love with one another during one of our studies in tourism. We both studied at the University of Breda and we gained experience in the accommodation industry, hospitality and the retail sector.
Every time we went on holiday in Andalusia, our feelings for Seville and its region became stronger. Our first encounter with Seville was finally the last step, which made us decide to move to the city and region we fell in love with. For us, Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe! We were enchanted by the charm and beauty of Seville, the Arabic influences and Mudejar style. The old town, the warmth and the narrow streets of the old neighborhoods made an impression from the very first moment.
We like to offer all our guests an amazing holiday experience which they will remind for a long time.

Prices from € 67,50 till € 97,50 per night o.b.o. 2 persons inclusive breakfast. It is possible to have an extra bed into our suites. The extra charge is € 45,00 per night.

We Hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad gerda en ad zijn Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen waar we Hele goede uitleg hebben gehad over de metro en wat we het beste konden bezichtigen ook was het eten erg lekker en was Alles mooi en schoon de ligging was ook heerlijk rustig zeker een aanrader

Fantastische plek
B&B arena
Wij zijn 4 nachten bij B&B arena geweest.
zijn we hier goed verzorgd en in de watten gelegd zeg. Verse granaatappelpitjes uit de boom naast je
Daarnaast is de locatie perfect. De bus stopt in de straat en in 15 minuten sta je midden in het centrum van Sevilla voor 1,55 euro. Deze rijdt van s,morgens vroeg tot s,avonds laat. Na een bezoek aan de geweldig mooie stad kun je heerlijk ontspannen in het zonnetje in alle rust bij het zwembad. Het is tevens
je kunt gemakkelijk en gratis voor de deur parkeren in een rustige en veilige straat.
Wat een fijne en oprechte mensen eigenaars Gerda en Ad. Wat hebben wij Genoten zeg. Het is knus, veilig, schoon, vrijblijvend, gemakkelijk, gezellig, liefdevol, ontspannend, warm en zo nog veel meer. Wij voelden ons echt heel erg op onze gemak, iets dat niet altijd en overal vanzelfsprekend is.
Je kunt de hele dag aan het zwembad luieren, de hele dag de hort op zijn, desnoods ga je de hele dag op je bed liggen. Het maakt hier echt niet uit. Doe waar je gelukkig van wordt. Gerda en Ad willen vooral dat er bij hun thuis genoten worden. Als hun gasten genieten, genieten Gerda en Ad ook.
De koelkast met inhoud staat ter beschikking van de gasten. Er is veel keus in frisdrank/bier en wijnen in verschillende prijsklassen. Het is zeker niet duur
Na het bezoeken van de drukke stad en dan terug komen in een oase van rust bij B&B arena echt.Aan te bevelen

BB Arena is een heerlijke uitvalsbasis om Sevilla te verkennen. Zowel BB Arena als Sevilla zijn overweldigend, de superlatieven schieten tekort. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug naar deze geweldige stad en B&B, we hebben er een beetje ons hart verloren.
Gastvrouw Gerda en gastheer Ad doen er alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen in hun mooie en verzorgde B&B, hartelijke, ongecompliceerde en persoonlijke ontvangst (met welkomstdrankje) en verzorging. Het is heerlijk om te relaxen na het bezoeken van de stad. Elke avond zaten wij heerlijk met Gerda en Ad na te praten over de ervaringen van die dag. De gastvrouw en -heer maakten het dat wij onszelf thuis voelden. Kortom de perfecte combi voor rustzoekers die het ook leuk vinden om gezelligheid te zoeken.
Prachtige tuin, heerlijk zwembad (half maart al kunnen zwemmen!), ruime en smetteloze kamer welke elke dag wordt bijgehouden, fijne douche, fantastische bedden, fijne algemene ruimte (bodega) waar je 's avonds lekker kunt zitten, heerlijk gevarieerd ontbijt en voldoende drank (fris, wijn, bier) om zelf te pakken.
Gerda kookt heerlijk, we hebben er 4 dagen van mogen genieten en voor een prijs waarvoor je in de stad echt niet kunt eten.
De afstand naar de stad legden wij elke dag af per openbaar vervoer. Op slechts 10 minuten lopen van deze B&B stopt de bus, lijn 161, welke je in korte tijd voor € 1,55 p.p. naar de stad brengt.
Een goede tip van Gerda was om de eerste dag van het verblijf Sevilla te bezoeken en te leren kennen met een gids, de volgende dagen weet je de weg naar de bezienswaardigheden goed te vinden. Met onze gids Dolores, gepassioneerd over haar stad, hebben we in drie uur een leuk en historisch beeld gekregen van deze prachtige stad. Een aanrader voor iedereen die Sevilla bezoekt!
Geen minpunten dus? Jawel hoor. Want als je hier een keer bent geweest valt een verblijf ergens anders waarschijnlijk behoorlijk tegen. En dat is toch jammer.
