In our large apartment of 120 sqm in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia and 10 minutes from Plaça Catalunya. Top floor of the building, apartment very sunny and very quiet.
We offer a private bedroom 8 sqm with king size bed equipped with cable (2 French, internationals English channels and Spanish channels) and plenty of storage for your personal belongings, personal bathroom and access to the rest of the ultra equipped apartment:
Kitchen, large dining room with TV (same channels more French channels TNT), Computer, Internet, Air Conditioning, Large common terrace to take sunbathing.
Carpark 20 meters from the apartment,
Metro stations 5 min (Provença, Diagonal, Passeig de Gracia), Hospital 5 minutes, Shops at the foot of the building.
Many restaurants and bars at the foot of the building. 5 minutes from the Gay district.
We are a couple in our thirties, friendly, helpful. Do not hesitate to ask us any questions.

Ce fut un vrai plaisir de rencontrer Hervé et Salim dans leur appartement. Ils sont accueillants et disponible. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, elle est très confortable et ce lit king size était impressionnant. Ce qui est bien, c'est la salle de douche privée qui permet cette intimité. Enfin, la position en plein centre de Barcelone de l'appartement permet un accès facile pour les visites.
