We would be happy to welcome you to our “riverside” property: an authentic period mansion on an 18-hectare property. The ideal address for those looking for calm, authenticity and conviviality. Only a few kilometers from four of the "most beautiful villages in France" (Monflanquin, Pujols, Villeréal...) and several bastides (Penne d'Agenais, Villeneuve-sur-Lot,...) and castles. Ideally located at the gates of the Dordogne and in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, you can vibrate to the rhythm of authentic local traditions and explore unique landscapes. In an idyllic and green setting, come and enjoy the South West: with nearly 2000 hours of sunshine per year, the South West is the perfect destination for all nature and outdoor lovers.
The property has a swimming pool with dimensions 14x7, co-heated with solar panels as well as a jacuzzi. Near the swimming pool is a summer kitchen, common area, equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Within the estate you will have access to various patios and 2 wood-fired barbecues which allow you to fully enjoy the summer grills. One of our different terraces gives you direct access to the river: an idyllic place that lends itself perfectly to fishing. In the common areas you also benefit from a lounge with fireplace, chess table, board game and satellite TV broadcasting international channels.

Our two suites, “the Bucolic” and “the Equestrian” each have a kingsize bed measuring 1m80, a private bathroom and a mini bar area with television. “La Bucolique” also has a single bed: it is therefore possible to provide an additional bed on request. As for the "Equestrian" it is possible to provide 2 additional beds also on request. In high season, we also rent out a third bedroom, for 2 people.

Continental breakfast included prices for 2pers / night Depending on the type of room in low season the price is 85€ to 119€ while in high season it varies from 95€ to 129 € An additional person in the room is charged €30 per night. If the person is under 9 years old, the supplement is only €20. For a travel cot for children up to 2 years old, we charge €10 per night.
High season runs from June 21 to August 31.

Next to the pool is a large communal summer kitchen that provides you with all conveniences, such as a barbecue, dishwasher, refrigerator and all conceivable kitchen facilities and appliances. So you can cozy cook your own lunch or dinner. Our region is home to so many eateries with tasty affordable formulas and because our guests have the opportunity to prepare the delicious regional and market products themselves, we do not offer table d'hôtes. We are happy to advise on the numerous local markets and restaurants serving regional dishes.
