The Mas des Micocouliers is extremely well located for enjoying the charms of Aix-en-Provence, 2 kms from this historical town with its superb 17th and 18th century architecture. Having spent the day enjoying Provence, guests can relax in the shade of the Micocouliers trees in our garden or by the heated pool.

The Mas des Micocouliers has five separate flats with their own entrance overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
Each accommodation benefits from its own kitchenette, bath or shower room whether you book on a self-catering (gite) or B&B (chambres d'hotes) basis.

Your holiday apartments are only a few minutes walk from the local shops and restaurant and less than 2 kms from an excellent Bio supermarket.

Just behind our bed and breakfast is the start of a stunning walk, cycle or jog around the hills of the Montaiguet down to the beautiful river Arc which flows through Aix-en-Provence.

Guests have use of the heated swimming pool (May - Sept) which is equipped with the required alarm system. A baby cot is available for loan free of charge but we would ask that you check availability at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Studio Accommodation - Olivier
One level studio accommodation 22m2, with the entrance from the garden overlooking the shared terrace and swimming pool. It has a double bed, kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2 ring hob, cutlery and crockery and en-suite shower room / w.c.

Studio Accommodation - Laurier-rose
One level studio accommodation 22m2 with the entrance from the garden overlooking the shared terrace and swimming pool. It has a double bed, kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and 2 ring hob, cutlery and crockery and en-suite shower room / w.c.

2 Storey Accommodation - Jasmin
A 2 storey accommodation 25m2. The double bedroom is upstairs with a window overlooking the garden and pool. Downstairs is the kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave and 2 electric rings, cutlery and crockery leading to the shared terrace and swimming pool.

Mezzanine Accommodation - Lavande
Modern mezzanine suite 45m2 of open plan design which sleeps 2 - 4 people comfortably. It has a double bed on the mezzanine with a window overlooking the garden and pool, double sofa bed, sofa, dining table and chairs in the downstairs living area. This apartment has an en-suite shower room, w.c. and kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, 2 electric rings, cutlery and crockery. This suite entrance door leads to the shared terrace, garden and swimming pool.

Apartment - Mirabelle
Traditional design apartment 45m2 which sleeps 2 - 4 people comfortably. This suite has a double bed in the large bedroom overlooking the garden and pool. As holiday accommodation, an extra single bed can be added to this room if requested. The living area can have 2 x single beds, a sofa, breakfast bar to kitchenette which is equipped with fridge, microwave and 2 electric rings, cutlery and crockery. There is an en-suite bathroom with a separate w.c. This flat has it's entrance up some outside steps from the shared guest house terrace, garden and swimming pool area. A perfect base for exploring aix-en-provence

Rates are valid for up to two guests. An additional amount of 20€ will apply for each additional guest. Minimum two nigths.
Low and Mid Season : Benefit from a 5% discount for stays of one week or more.
Rates include accommodation, full continental breakfast, access to the garden, pool and parking.
30% deposit required to secure booking with balance due on arrival.

5% reduction for 2 week bookings. (Low Season and Mid Season)
Prices include : All linen, bills and cleaning of room at end of stay. There is also one change of linen mid-week free of charge.
Breakfast is not included in these prices, but is available on request.
30 % deposit required to secure booking with balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. This will be refunded on departure provided there are no damages incurred.

Breakfast

You are assured of a generous continental breakfast with a choice of fruit juice, bread and croissant or pain au chocolate fresh daily from the local baker, home made jam and local honey when available, coffee tea and chocolate... special diets can be catered for preferably told at time of reservation.
