Casa Pimienta – La Viñuela, Andalusië
Casa Pimienta is a spacious and comfortable house that easily accommodates up to six persons.
Inside Casa Pimienta you find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and a large and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there are a private swimming pool and several terraces. The house is complete with all modern conveniences, such as free wireless internet.
Casa Pimienta is situated in a quiet area in the heart of the Axarquia. From the terraces you have gorgeous views on the sea, mountains and valleys. We created a ramp on the terrace side so that people with a disability have an easy access to the garden and swimming pool.
At a distance of 8 km is the typically Spanish town of Vélez-Málaga and at 12 km Torre del Mar, with its wide beaches and promenade. Both cities have large supermarkets and nice shops. The region has countless dining options. In every village there are restaurants or tapas bars. At the coast you can eat delicious fish and of course paella!

The dining room has a large six-person table, the living room two major settees and an easy chair. You can use the TV, DVD player, a radio with cd player and i-Pod connection and the well-stocked bookshelf. For the cooler winter evenings there are a fireplace and two gas-and electrical heaters available.
Casa Pimienta has three spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. Each bedroom has a fan. There are two bathrooms each with bath, shower and toilet. One of the bathrooms is ensuite. In addition, there is a separate toilet.

Prices include final cleaning, electricity, reception and use of bed linen and towels.
A deposit of € 250 is required; it will be refunded after a final check by the house manager upon departure.
