Finca Buenavista – Tortosa
Situation:The casa de campo is situated in the hills about 5 km from Tortosa and at less than 30 minutes from the unspoilt beaches of the Costa Dorada.
General:This split-level casa de campo (60m ²) is built on a hill with amazing views over the valley of the Ebro and consists of an authentic stone casita (20m2) which serves as master bedroom, a living room and a separate kitchen with all the necessary facilities. Dry toilet with tiled bathroom and washbasin in separate outbuilding.
There is neither mains water nor mains electricity connected but you can cook on gas and for the lights you can use a new solar power system. Water is available via rainwater collection. Over 10.000 liters of rainwater via 2 polyester tanks of 310 liters each, a beautifully restored traditional stone "cisterna" of 1500 liters, two containers of each 1000 liters and a new "balsa" of 8000 liters. This water is not suitable as drinking water though but in Tortosa you can fill the jerrycans with drinking water else water bottles can be bought at Aldi or other supermarkets.

Prices based on 4 persons:
- 1 November - 30 April: € 250per week
- 1 May - 30 June and 1 September - 31 October: € 300 per week
- 1 July - 31 August: € 400 per week.
€ 45 final cleaning. Security deposit € 200. For reservations 30% deposit is required.
