Between Bergerac and Libourne at the gates of the Gironde, Perigord, Lot-et-Garonne and Dordogne in the peaceful village of Riocaud over the bastide de Sainte-Foy la Grande.

Our House in the Vines is located outside the village, in the hills, surrounded by vineyards and fields at the end of a road that desert hamlet of 4 houses. You have a large private parking and access your letting through the courtyard. In this court, you have a large private terrace of 60m2 with darts and table tennis and a beautifull (secured) well.

You enter the house through the large living room of 70m2 consisting of a large lounge with an impressive fireplace (and piano, Snooker, satellite TV, DVD, VHS, library corner, wifi, wardrobe) and a spacious dining room . From there you have access to rooms in different wings of the building and the large fully fitted kitchen which overlooks the rear terrace, garden and heated pool.

The house has 8 bedrooms ( 4 en suite), a total of 6 toilet and 5 showerrooms and one bath and can comfortably accommodate 15 people, extra beds are available for modulating beds.
