Cosy residence on the ground floor for 4 persons
In 2013, owners, Jan van der Zwet and Marieke Smit, decided to build a guest accommodation for 4 persons on their estate. This cozy residence is located next to the large ground-floor apartment and here you will find everything you are looking for during your stay. The view over the countryside is beautiful and different in every season due to the bulb farming. During spring, you have a magnificent view over the flower fields.
The guest accommodation is situated just outside the small village De Zilk in the municipality of Noordwijkerhout.
The pleasantly wide beach of Langevelderslag, Noordwijk, is only 5 minutes away by car, the stretched out dunes and the nature of the Amsterdam waterleidingduinen are practically in your backyard and within walking distance. Leiden and Haarlem are accessible within 20 minutes and large cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague can be reached within 30-40 minutes.
After a (beach) walk you can enjoy the warm fireplace with a glass of wine or during summer at the sunny terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

Weekend 2 nights till Sunday evening: € 550 - € 675
Weekend 3 nights till Monday morning: € 575 - € 695

Including: shower towels, kitchen linen, energy, wood, WIFI. Possibly baby inventory.
Exclusive: € 60 final cleaning and € 2.40 p/p/p/n tourist tax.

You can rent bicycles in the neighbourhood. They will bring the bikes and pick them up after your stay.
