Villa Benissa – Buenavista, Benissa
This property is excellent for families to enjoy. The accomodate can sleep up to 12 people comfortably and there are plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool area. There are additional terrraces surrounding the villa and a small enclosed real garden with chiminea for the rear appartment. The outside kitchen is equipped with an American style fridge freezer, a family size gas oven with hob, dishwasher and a barbeque. The main villa comprises of two good size double rooms (one en-suite) and an additional sleeping area ( ideal for children). The lounge is spacious with a feature fire place and has a Dutch TV system installed. The American style kitchen is fully furnished . There is also a family bathroom. The dinning area has plenty of light and has double patio doors which look out onto the pool and terraces. The adjoining section of the villa has been transformed into a 2 bed appartment split over 2 levels with access to a roof terrace. The ground floor bedroom has a double and a single bed and is ensuite. There is also a shower room and a separate fully furnished kitchen, lounge with bed settee and TV system. Stairs rise to an open plan double bedroom with a door which leads up to the private roof terrace. To the rear of the apartment there is a separate entrance into another apartment comprising of 2 rooms (one with a double bed and the other with single beds and a bed settee), a shower room and a kitchen area. Full length french doors lead out onto a private enclosed rear garden area with a chiminea. There is plenty of parking on both driveways(upto 4 cars). The villa is very popular for rental due the accommodation it offers and its quiet location, yet it is very central (between Calpe and Moraira-both 5km) and only a short walk to the beautiful cove and beach of Advocat.
