This almost new house stands in Cens, a very little quiet village 13 km south of La Roche en Ardenne, 17 km west of Houffalize and 19 km northwest of Bastogne. It is a spacious residence with spacious rooms and a very child friendly garden with trampoline, swings and a slide. The house has a large cozy living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and 4 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. It’s an ideal place for family reunions.
The cottage has a particular view of a very old church whose origin probably dates from around 1500.
