In Villa Oliva you can enjoy a quiet and pleasant holiday in a real Spanish environment. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is at lower level the house as an annex and has it's own entrance. Ideal if you are on holiday with friends or family. Each bedroom als has a it's own bathroom. 

There is a spacious living room with satellite tv, dvd player and free wifi during your entire stay. We also have a variety of travel guides and reading books. For the little ones there is a box full of games and coloring books. The living room has an open connection with the kitchen, here you can find everything you need; oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices, kettle, Dolce Gusto, toaster, juicer,… There also is a separate utility room where you can find a washing machine, steam iron with ironing board. To enjoy some music around the pool we also provide a stereo with radio, cd or usb. 

In the some colder months, it remains a good place to stay in Mondrón with the Spanish sun, the air conditioning (warm/cold) in each room and the fireplace in the living room.

Outside Villa Oliva there is a spacious garden with tropical trees such as lemon, lime, orange, figs and nectarines. Perfect for enjoying a glass of self-picked and pressed juice in the morning! In front is an al fresco-dining place with BBQ, here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area with Lake Vinuela and in the distance the ocean. Would you rather enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace? A luxurious terrace with stunning views is waiting for you …

In the backyard there is a large pool of 9×5 m with an outdoor shower. Just choose a place by the pool and relax in the sun or in one of our loungers in the shade of a parasol. Do you prefer a delicious BBQ meal by the pool instead of in the front garden? Everything is possible in Villa Oliva, that's why we also offer a built-in BBQ by the pool. 

Relaxation, enjoyment and safety is very important for us therefore you can close the side gates to the front yard for the little ones. To pamper your children (and yourself) there are several water games, pool mattresses and arm bands available.

We enjoyed the easter 2019 in Jolynes fantastic house. The house is fantastic and the pictures does not give the views full credit - it's amazing!

Jolyne was extremely helpful and helped us get an extra baby cot and high chair. I cannot recommend the house enough.

Wir waren im Juli 2018 für 2 Wochen mit 4 Personen in der Villa Oliva.

Die beiden Teenie Mädchen haben ihr Zimmer mit Bad im separaten Stockwerk sehr genossen.

Die Villa entspricht im Großen und Ganzen den Bildern und den Beschreibungen der Website. Sie ist super sauber und gepflegt.
Der Pool ist ein Traum und mit einer Wassertemperatur von 28 Grad perfekt für mich. Luftmatrazen etc. sind auch vorhanden.
Auch gab es 2 Grillkamine (die haben wir aber nicht genutzt).

Die Betreuung durch Jolyne war sehr nett und sie war immer für uns erreichbar. Bei kleinen Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Herzlichen Dank dafür !

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die "Grundausstattung" dieses Hauses. Es ist von Anfang an alles da, was man benötigt (Spüli, Putzmittel, Waschpulver, Klopapier, Zewa, Gewürze, andere Lebensmittel wie Nudeln etc., etwas Kaffee), auch sind genügend Handtücher und Abtrockentücher da (und diese auch noch in guter Qualität). Das haben wir schon leider oft anders erleben müssen.
Auch die Gerätschaften (Pfannen…) zum Kochen kann man auch alle benutzen.

Auch gibt es 2 gut gestaltete Mappen, in denen alles Wichtige der Umgebung (Supermärkte, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) aufgeführt sind.

5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein kleiner Krämersladen in dem man fast rund um die Uhr alles bekommen kann was auf die Schnelle benötigt wird . Auch gibt es hier morgens frische „Brötchen“.

Direkt daneben ist ein kleines Restaurant. Es war wirklich sehr, sehr lecker dort, aber wir waren mit der Preisgestaltung des Wirtes nicht ganz zufrieden – wir haben zweimal so gut wie das gleiche gegessen und getrunken und der Preisunterschied beim Bezahlen betrug zum ersten Mal + 20€. Da wir leider kein Spanisch können und der Wirt kein englisch spricht, war ein Versuch sich zu Beschweren auch im Keim erstickt. Wir haben dann andere Lokale in der Gegend besucht. Echt Schade, wir wären gerne öfter dort hingegangen…

Die Villa empfehlen wir gerne weiter, wir konnten herrlich ausspannen und den ganzen Trubel hinter uns lassen.

Hartelijk dank Jolyne!

Wat een prachtige villa. Een heerlijke plek om met het gezin tot rust te komen en te genieten.

Je voelt direct dat aan alles veel aandacht is besteed. Kleine details in het huis, maar ook de tuin is buitengewoon mooi verzorgd. Dat alles maakt je verblijf in Villa Oliva tot een feest.

En ook in de omgeving is veel te ontdekken. Dus af en toe lieten we het huis achter ons voor een bezoek aan stad, markt of strand. Er is zoveel te zien in de omgeving. En aan het einde van de dag is het altijd weer prettig 'thuis' komen.
