Villa Oliva – Mondrón
In Villa Oliva you can enjoy a quiet and pleasant holiday in a real Spanish environment. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom is at lower level the house as an annex and has it's own entrance. Ideal if you are on holiday with friends or family. Each bedroom als has a it's own bathroom.
There is a spacious living room with satellite tv, dvd player and free wifi during your entire stay. We also have a variety of travel guides and reading books. For the little ones there is a box full of games and coloring books. The living room has an open connection with the kitchen, here you can find everything you need; oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices, kettle, Dolce Gusto, toaster, juicer,… There also is a separate utility room where you can find a washing machine, steam iron with ironing board. To enjoy some music around the pool we also provide a stereo with radio, cd or usb.
In the some colder months, it remains a good place to stay in Mondrón with the Spanish sun, the air conditioning (warm/cold) in each room and the fireplace in the living room.
Outside Villa Oliva there is a spacious garden with tropical trees such as lemon, lime, orange, figs and nectarines. Perfect for enjoying a glass of self-picked and pressed juice in the morning! In front is an al fresco-dining place with BBQ, here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area with Lake Vinuela and in the distance the ocean. Would you rather enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace? A luxurious terrace with stunning views is waiting for you …
In the backyard there is a large pool of 9×5 m with an outdoor shower. Just choose a place by the pool and relax in the sun or in one of our loungers in the shade of a parasol. Do you prefer a delicious BBQ meal by the pool instead of in the front garden? Everything is possible in Villa Oliva, that's why we also offer a built-in BBQ by the pool.
Relaxation, enjoyment and safety is very important for us therefore you can close the side gates to the front yard for the little ones. To pamper your children (and yourself) there are several water games, pool mattresses and arm bands available.

Wij zijn weer thuis na een erg fijne vakantie in Mondron!
Wij hebben genoten van je villa, de omgeving en niet te vergeten de zon. Zo te horen was het een erg geschikte week om het Hollandse regenweer te ontwijken.
Villa Oliva was zoals we het ons voorgesteld hadden.Twijfelden of de slaapkamer met de 2- eenpersoonsbedden wel een kast had, omdat dit niet vermeld stond op je site; gelukkig wel een kast!
Mondron was goed te vinden en de roadmap was handig. Goede service m.b.t. wijziging route/winkels!Hadden wel een autonavigatie en een gps (omdat Jack een geocacher is) meegenomen, was ook wel handig.
Einde van de week kenden we de (slinger)wegen in de omgeving zonder kaart/navigatie.
Alles was in orde en netjes gepoetst. Toen wij aankwamen stond het kleine poortje open en was Antonio bezig met het reinigen van het zwembad.
Mondron is een klein dorpje. Hebben ’s avonds een rondje gelopen in het dorp en waren zo weer terug. Wel leuk om nog eens een winkeltje te zien met een échte toonbank en in plaats van een kassa een velletje papier waarop uitgerekend wordt wat je moet betalen. 6 flessen bier en de voorraad was op!
Onze ervaring was erg positief. Bedankt voor je snelle reacties!

nmiddels zijn wij alweer terug van onze fijne vakantie. Mede uw dank hiervoor ;)
Villa Oliva voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen, de video op uw website is duidelijk en maakte de verwachtingen waar bij aankomst. Bij aankomst oogde het netjes. Badkamers, zwembad en tuin zeer netjes en proper. Ook het zwembad was prima.
De sleutelwissel was uitstekend! Bij aankomst was de poort van het slot en de sleutels op de afgesproken plek. Keyholder regelmatig gesproken, kwam langs voor een praatje. Goed contact.
Prima villa. Heel fijn verblijven en alles duidelijk, helder en goed geregeld. Heerlijke vakantie gehad! We zullen zeker Villa Oliva aanraden.
Hartelijk dank dat wij bij u mochten huren.

Villa Oliva generally exceeded our expectations it was a beautiful spot and we had a relaxing week. The villa is superbly equipped I don't think there was a single thing that we were missing. Was very nice to have the welcome pack as we arrived quite late on the friday night.
The villa was very clean and well maintained when we arrived, also the pool was okay. During the evening there were some bugs on the bottom, which is normal. We scooped them out, but that didn't bother us.
I need to say again it is a great villa with a wonderful pool and garden area - It was amazingly well equipped almost everything we needed was already there. We loved our time there. Maybe some minor improvements; such as an extra light over the table outside by the pool and outside the door of the apartment.
If I was ever in the area again I certainly would and have already recommended it to family.

We had a really fantastic time. We loved the villa and the area and I really appreciated your swift response to all of our questions, thank you very much for helping to make this a great holiday.
The Villa fully matched our expectations. Particularly pleasing were
· lots of towels,
· welcome drinks,
· excellent information pack,
· soap, toiletries in bathrooms,
· well stocked washing powder, charcoal for bbq etc.
we would recommend Villa Oliva to friends and family and we would certainly contemplate using it again!
