Franky en Cindy zijn het perfecte B&B koppel! Altijd paraat om te helpen, ze zorgen voor een gastvrij verblijf en zijn steeds goedlachs!
De kamer was perfect: groot genoeg en de juiste kwaliteit.
We vonden Hakuna Matata bijzonder gemoedelijk!
Veel succes bij de verdere ontwikkeling van jullie pareltje, Franky en Cindy!

There were indeed 'no worries' during our stay. We arrived earlier than expected, but were met with a welcoming beer and nibbles while the rooms were finished. Very stylish rooms with very modern facilities. A minor quibble was the hose on the shower in our bathroom, which kinked and stopped the water flow as the hose was too short. Otherwise, everything worked well. Our bikes were locked safely away in the shed at the bottom of the very nicely-laid-out garden.

Franky tried very hard to be a charming host, and cooked a very pleasant evening meal (carbonades Flamandes), accompanied by a good Argentine Malbec. A good decision, as there are few restaurants in walking distance of the B&B.

Breakfast was generous and hearty.

Our only concern was the price/quality balance. The quality was very good, and the price was pretty high. We were charged for a glass of water which was produced when one of our party had a fit of coughing during the meal. This may be standard practice in Belgium, but given the price of the overnight stay, it seemed a little mercenary to us Brits.

A very pleasant stay, but unless the exchange rate between the pound sterling and the euro moves to favour the pound, we will probably not choose to stay there again.

Met 9 vrienden een B&B opzoeken, het was een uitdaging. Maar ons weekend was echt "hakuna matata"! En de scooterervaring was echt wel topp of the bill. Bedankt Frankt, Cindy, Jasper en Sarah voor een onvergetelijke ervaring!

Het is een zeer goede B&B op een prachtige locatie gelegen en uitgebaat door iemand die dit echt met hart en ziel doet. En .... met een uitstekende wijnkelder.
